On September 26, 2021, in accordance with the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation regulations, the National Health Commission (NHC) drafted 10 National Food Safety Standards (drafts for comments) including the "National Food Safety Standard, Nutrition Labelling of Prepackaged Foods" (GB 28050), which are issued for public opinions.
